What the participants are saying: "As a pharmacist I have struggled how to integrate nutritional products with traditional medicine. I have attended many symposiums and after leaving them have been confused as to where to start and what direction to take to help each patient. Gary and Andrew did a great job modeling how a physician does a thorough history to investigate the root cause of the condition. They did a nice job showing over the course of years, how all these minor problems build upon each other to manifest themselves into potentially serious disease.
For me understanding the impact of the triads and the specific protocols and products that they use to apply the force needed to shift the patient back to nutritional health is going to impact the way I practice pharmacy in the future.
I definitely recommend this course to anyone who wants to hit the ground running and wants to improve their patients health.
Probably the best money I have spent in nutritional education!"-Gregg R., R.Ph.
I think this course is the most important course to take in integrative medicine because it organizes the information in a way that is easy to understand, relate to and implement. The course pulls together the medical literature, puts it into a direct clinical understanding, offers direct patient interaction that demonstrates the principles and gives concrete recommendations on what labs to order and how to begin the treatment. - Lilly S. D.O.I found that this course allows and encourages you to "think out of the box" when it comes to treating the human body either in prevention or treatment (healing). The Triads are a helpful way to address each metabolic pathway in a way that makes sense. Once each Triad is understood, treating and/or supporting the disease, deficiency, etc. associated with the Triad(s)not only addresses the primary concern but also has the ability to heal, prevent etc. other diseases and/ordeficiencies in the process. I find this approach to treatment and prevention fascinating mostly because it works! I cannot wait to learn more! The speakers are what made this course work. Their knowledge spoke for itself. -Missy H., R.N. The first series of L.I.F.E. seminars wrapped up on May 2, 2010 at the training center in Aldie, VA. The response has been fantastic and another series is being planned for the fall. Please feel free to contact L.I.F.E. for updates. Dr. Andrew Heyman from the University of Michigan works with a group during the seminar in late April.
